The 2019 softball season is fast approaching and we are conducting region wide fundraisers in an effort to defray the cost of this year's playing season.
Our organization was created to give the Southeastern New England area girls the opportunity to play softball at a highly competitive level providing them with national exposure by participating in the national championships held in Virginia, North Carolina, and Ohio. The Dynamites play in the highest levels of “open” and “A” divisions in the ASA, NSA, and PONY softball organizations.
The Dynamites are an “all-volunteer”, tax–exempt 501(c) 3 charitable organization (Federal Tax ID #55-0804570). The program consists of six teams in six age brackets ranging from age 10 to 18 years old (and even beyond age 18) and includes more than 60 girls from the Southeastern Mass area. Each team will be competing in 4 to 9 tournaments throughout New England and the overall cost of providing the girls with the opportunity to play at this level is approximately $50,000 annually.
Since 2003, we have had four teams finish in the TOP 20 at the PONY National Championships including our TOP 2 finish in 2018, as well as twelve State ASA Champions and two State NSA Runners-up titles and several tournament Championships across our age groups. We are asking for assistance from family, friends, and business associates in the form of sponsorships.
